01

Customer responsibility

The customer provides equipment access, substrates, representative files, an IT contact, and the people responsible for color and workflow decisions.

02

CRINTAC responsibility

The local partner confirms the configuration, coordinates the trial and training, documents results, and provides first-line support with knowledge of the real production environment.

03

Vendor responsibility

PrintFactory maintains the product, drivers, cloud, and official knowledge base. More complex cases are escalated through the partner channel to regional support and engineering.

What to remember

  • Name a license manager and technical owner before starting.
  • Use real files, media, and operators in the trial.
