Terms and Conditions
These terms govern CRINTAC's website, trial arrangement, resale of rights to use PrintFactory licences, and CRINTAC's own implementation, training, and support services.
They are written for business customers. If mandatory consumer protections apply in a specific case, those protections prevail.
If any translation differs, the Serbian version used on this site is the reference version.

Provider and status
The provider is KRINTAK DOO Beograd, trading as CRINTAC. CRINTAC is an independent, non-exclusive PrintFactory reseller. It is not the manufacturer's agent, representative, partner, or joint venture and cannot bind the manufacturer.
What CRINTAC provides
CRINTAC may provide request qualification, configuration guidance, trial arrangement, resale of rights to use licences, local implementation, training, and support as agreed with the customer.
Website content, descriptions, and estimates are informational only and do not constitute a public offer.
Quotes, orders, and payment
A binding contract and the exact services arise only when CRINTAC confirms an order in writing, accepts an individual quote, or issues an invoice that the customer accepts.
Website amounts are preliminary estimates in EUR. Final price, VAT treatment, currency, due date, and payment method are stated in the quote or invoice. Where the law requires payment in RSD, the invoice amount and payment instructions control.
Trial access
Trial access is subject to request review and may be limited by duration, functionality, device count, or user count. A trial is provided for evaluation and does not guarantee any commercial result.
CRINTAC may suspend or end trial access in case of breach, security risk, or misuse.
Licence and intellectual property
CRINTAC does not sell source code and does not transfer ownership of PrintFactory software, documentation, trademarks, or other intellectual property. The customer receives only the right to use the selected licence.
The manufacturer end-user licence agreement provided at activation governs software use, restrictions, updates, and software rights, and it prevails for those topics.
Support and warranties
CRINTAC performs its own services in good faith and with reasonable professional care.
CRINTAC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free third-party platform operation, compatibility with every device, feature availability from the manufacturer, specific savings, output, uptime, or business results. Any software warranty is limited to what the manufacturer and mandatory law provide.
Customer obligations
The customer must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, maintain its own backups, ensure rights to submitted files or content, and comply with the applicable licence terms.
Except where law or the licence expressly permits it, the customer must not copy, rent, transfer, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or bypass licence or technical restrictions.
Limitation of liability
For B2B customers, CRINTAC is liable only for direct, documented loss caused by CRINTAC's breach of its own obligations. CRINTAC's aggregate liability for any 12-month period is capped at the amount actually paid to CRINTAC for the affected services during that period.
To the extent allowed by law, CRINTAC is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, data loss, production downtime, or acts and omissions of the manufacturer or other third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including intent, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
Changes, governing law, and disputes
Updated terms apply only after a new effective date is published. Confirmed orders keep the version that was active when the order was confirmed unless the parties later agree otherwise in writing.
Serbian law governs the CRINTAC relationship. Disputes with business customers fall under the competent court in Belgrade, while mandatory consumer protections always prevail where applicable.
