CRINTAC operates as the trading name of KRINTAK DOO Beograd, a Serbia-based B2B reseller and local service provider.
If any translation differs, the Serbian version used on this site is the reference version.

Who controls your data
For the CRINTAC website, trial requests, quotes, invoicing, communications, implementation, support, and the customer portal, the controller is KRINTAK DOO Beograd, trading as CRINTAC.
PrintFactory is a separate controller for its own platform and licence administration. CRINTAC is not the manufacturer's agent and does not decide how the manufacturer processes data inside its own platform.
Data we collect
We collect the data needed to review and deliver the services you request.
- Trial and quote data: name, work email, phone, company, website, country, comments, and selected configuration.
- Portal and support data: email, securely stored password, trial or licence status, support requests, and any files you upload with those requests.
- Technical and marketing data: IP address where needed for form security, referral source, UTM data, landing page, and site events when optional analytics is enabled.
Why and on what basis we use data
We use personal data to respond to requests, prepare quotes, arrange trials, register licences, onboard users, provide support, protect the portal, prevent abuse, and keep business and accounting records.
The legal bases we rely on are pre-contractual steps and contract performance, legal obligations, our legitimate interests in running and securing the business, and consent for optional cookies or direct marketing where used.
Recipients and international transfers
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be accessed by our staff and by providers that we need for hosting, email, form security, storage, or IT support.
We share contact details and requested configuration with PrintFactory only when that is necessary to arrange the requested trial, licence, or support. If a transfer outside Serbia is necessary, we rely on the legal grounds and safeguards required for that transfer.
Retention and security
We keep trial, portal, and support data while the trial, licence, or support relationship is active and then for a reasonable follow-up period so we can resolve open questions or disputes.
Contractual, accounting, and tax records are kept for the retention periods required by law. We use access controls, secure password storage, encrypted transmission where appropriate, and organisational safeguards designed for a business customer portal.
Cookies and optional analytics
Necessary technologies may be used to make forms work, protect the site, and keep the portal secure.
Optional analytics and marketing attribution are not enabled until you allow them. When allowed, CRINTAC stores referral and UTM attribution in the crintac_marketing_attribution cookie for up to 30 days and sends page-view and CTA events to CRINTAC's own API. Refusing optional analytics does not block a trial request.
Your rights and how to contact us
You can request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and you can withdraw consent for optional processing at any time. To exercise a right, email request@crintac.rs with the subject line Personal data.
You also have the right to complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in Serbia (Poverenik).
